I'm doing a girl scout training tonight called "Moving to Juniors." It's for leaders who previously had brownie troops but their girls are bridging into the next age level. Hopefully they are familiar with a lot of it, this training is a 4 hour training that I have to squoosh into 2, because you're supposed to quick-review a lot of it and see what they know already, then only do the parts your particular group needs. Aggravating as a trainer, because you have to come with all sections prepared in case you go into them in depth. I'm hoping these will be smart trainees needing only knowledge of Junior badges and ceremonies and age level characteristics, because that's the stuff I know the best. :)
